Kayak Where Navy Frogmen Trained

During the WW II period, the US Navy trained "frogmen" (now SEALS) at a spot off the coast of Ft. Pierce, FL.  Avalon State Park is the place to check this out.  There are stilll concrete barriers and steel underwater, so care needs to be taken.  Check it out at http://www.floridastateparks.org/avalon.
